Director of Development

This leadership role is responsible for managing and growing individual donor funds, securing corporate sponsorships, and overseeing a grant writing staff of one. The Director of Development will work closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to drive strategic fundraising initiatives and ensure the financial health of the organization.
