Our Young Professionals Advisory Board (YP Board) is made up of young professionals in the Butler County area who are passionate about supporting youth serving organizations and engaging in philanthropic activities and events.

To help support our mission, the YP board is responsible for (but not limited to):

• Engage next generation donors
• Recruit next generation volunteers
• Build relationships with local companies
• Plan and support fundraising efforts
• Serve as ambassadors for BBBS in our community

We are looking for 8-15 individuals to help serve on our YP Board:

• Members must be under 45 years of age when joining
• Each YP Board member can serve for a term of 2 years
• No YP Board member can serve more than 3 full consecutive terms.
